Last Monday, I went in to get a "to go buffet," which was not even listed on the menu board. I asked the clerk "How many pieces can I get? Five? Six? Whatever fits?" She shrugged and said "Whatever fits." I repeated "Whatever fits??" She nodded. Seven pieces were in my box and I was reaching for a small brownie when the manager started calling me very loudly. The entire restaurant stared at me as she told me the policy is five pieces of pizza and a dessert. I offered to have her throw out two pieces, as well I offered to pay for another buffet. I explained that I must have misunderstood the cashier. I told her the cashier said it was whatever fits. I was MORTIFIED as every one in the place heard our entire conversation. I wouldn't ever intentionally steal product from a restaurant. The manager made me feel as if I was a thief and I was so embarrassed!! She could have walked around the counter and quietly said something to me, but she spoke loudly from behind the counter. Not only did the cashier have it wrong, but the manager can use some customer service training.

I'm absolutely dumbfounded that Cici's has gotten over one star. I'm even more amazed that some people have given it five. I have always used the famous saying that pizza is like sex...no matter how bad it is...it's still pretty good. This saying does not apply to Cici's. The pizza here is bad in so many ways...it would take a book to cover. The establishment itself has a poor layout. The tables and chairs are very close to one another. This doesn't make sense since most of the families I saw in this "Buffet" style pizza joint were obese. Buffet, obesity, close tables, no walking room, buffet, obesity. Lastly, I'd just like to say that this place is worse than Dominoes pizza. If you enjoy crappy pizza...or consider any of the delivery joints pizzas to be tasty...you'll feel right at home. I would never ever go here again. This place is for cheap people that eat way more food than they should! **Did I mention how bad the sauce, crust, dough, cheese, and toppings were?

We had dinner 2 hours earlier, but wanted to spend time with our son and his percussion group. Instead of ordering a buffet, we ordered separate pizza and wings for our other 4 kids so that we could sit with the group and take home whatever we didn't eat. (They were sure to only eat a couple bites since they already had dinner.) The cashier cheerfully took our to-go order, giving us plastic cups for our drinks, and knowing of our plans. However, the girl who brought our wings told us we could not sit in the restaurant with to-go pizzas. First, it would have been nice to know ahead of time, so we could just go ahead with the buffet. Second, it was uncalled for that the server told us her rules in a voice volume that was higher than discreet, and attracted the attention of all of those around us, causing embarrassment to our whole family. We took our pizza to the car, and missed out on fellowship with our son and his group. We will NEVER frequent this establishment again!

How come nobody has written a review for this place? I love their pizza. It is all you can eat and they will also make to order for the buffet! Cheap and delish! Their marinara sauce is exceptional believe it or not. I love to dip my pizza in it. The pizzas are cheesy and fresh tasting for sure. The price is right too. Whenever I visit the area I make my sister take me, try it! Oh, I only gave it 4 stars cause they don't seem to clean the tables fast enought to deserve 5!
